Sweaty Mess

Yesterday was a 3 workout day. I ran in the morning which was nice as it was a beautiful morning for it. Then in the evening I went to TRX and Zumba. TRX is my new favourite horrible thing. It's a tough strength training workout. Last night the class was geared for girls so we worked on all the female "problem areas" we sometimes have. It was quite interesting because I learned that we can really kill our triceps. The instructor told us not to be afraid to push really really hard because they can take a lot and the worst thing that will happen.. is we get a really great line in them.. which is actually the best thing ever! So we pushed through the pain and did lots of hard things while hanging off ropes. I was the sweaty girl last night. In fact at one point the instructor had to go get the mop to clean up after me. Gross! Gross but awesome! I was my apologetic Canadian self and everyone said it just meant I was working extra hard. 

So I plan on trying to work way harder in my workouts and really kill those areas I want to change.. more on that later!
