It's easy to start off the week strong but to finish it strong, is often another story. Sometimes by writing out weekly goals, I'm able to stay more focused and refrain from becoming lethargic and going easy on myself as we get closer to the weekend. By giving each week a focus, I'm hoping that I'll be able to stay strong for the whole week. Instead of making elaborate, unattainable goals, I'm going to focus on one "eating" thing and one "fitness" thing.
This week's eating goal:
Bring a packed lunch to work every day. (usually I bail around Wednesday so if I can do 5 days in a row.. that will be a big deal)
This week's fitness goal:
Spend significant time stretching after running.
Workout Schedule:
Monday - run in the am, trx, 90 minute Zumba
Tuesday - rest
Wednesday - run in the am
Thursday - trx, 90 minute zumba
Friday - run in the am
Saturday - 90 minute Zumba
Sunday - long run - 10km
