Last night I went back to Zumba class. Due to holidays and field trips and other responsibilities, it had been ages since I had gone. OK maybe just a little over a week but it was great to go back.
I also take a TRX class and so planned on doing that for 30 minutes and then doing a 90 minute Zumba class but they changed the times so I ended up doing an hour of TRX and then my 90 minute class. I was in pain! It was good because a lot of us were in the same boat but after 2.5 hours.. I'm pretty sure I worked every single muscle in my body.. twice.
This morning I went for a run but I was slow. It wasn't the bad kind of sluggish slow, it was just the "all my muscles hurt and this might be too much exercise within a 10 hour timeframe" kinda slow.
The weekend plan is to do a 90 minute Zumba class on Saturday morning. It's with my favourite instructor and such a fun way to start the weekend and then hopefully I'll do a long run on Sunday.
I also need to visit the market and pick up some fresh fruits and vegetables.. make sure my house is stocked with good things this weekend.
